Get Involved With BMV

Black Men in Venture is building the community and infrastructure Black men need to discover venture, enter the ecosystem, advance in their careers, lead institutions, build ownership, and influence where capital flows.

That work cannot be built by one person or through one event. It requires investors, founders, operators, mentors, firms, institutions, and supporters who believe in creating a more connected and representative innovation economy.

Whether you are looking for community, ready to share your experience, or interested in investing in the mission, there is a place for you at BMV.

Join The Network

The BMV Network is for Black men working in or around venture capital, startups, entrepreneurship, innovation, and capital formation—as well as those actively exploring a pathway into the industry.

By joining the network, you can stay connected to:

  • BMV events and curated gatherings

  • Career, fellowship, internship, and board opportunities

  • Mentorship and professional development

  • Founder resources and investor connections

  • BMV programs, research, and ecosystem updates

  • A growing national directory of Black men across venture

Whether you are discovering venture, trying to break in, building your track record, making partner, or launching a fund, BMV is designed to help you build the relationships and access required for your next stage.

Refer Talent or Founders
